No. Bad idea. Too easy to modify vote counts. Paper voting still has the most democratic integrity.

Way you do this is online voting produces a paper copy of the ballot which is counted along with other votes cast by post or on the day at a polling station.

Every individual would have the right to check their online ballot was correctly recorded should they wish.
